📦 Order Processing


• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.


• Embroidered items or custom pieces may take 5–7 business days to prepare before shipping.


• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


• You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking info once the order ships.







🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times




Trap Etiquette™ currently ships using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.




Estimated delivery time after your package leaves our facility:


• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days


• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days


• International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination & customs




Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.







🌎 International Orders


• Customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country.


• Trap Etiquette™ is not responsible for any additional fees once the package leaves the U.S.


• If you decline to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, shipping costs are non-refundable.







📬 Tracking Your Package




Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.




If you do not receive your tracking information, email us at:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages




Trap Etiquette™ is not responsible for:


• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier


• Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer


• Carrier delays once the package is in transit




If something happens, hit us immediately and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.







📍 Wrong Address Disclaimer




Please make sure your shipping address is correct.


If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of your order.




After your item is shipped, we cannot change addresses.







🔄 Returns & Exchanges




We accept returns or exchanges for:


• Wrong items


• Damaged items


• Defective items




Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.




We do not accept returns for sizing issues, worn items, or buyer’s remorse.
