Returns and refunds

🚫 Non-Returnable Items




For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:


• Worn, washed, or used items


• Size issues (check our size guide before ordering)


• “Changed my mind” returns


• Limited drops or clearance items







💵 Refunds




If approved:


• Refunds go back to your original payment method


• Please allow 5–10 business days for the bank to process it


• Shipping fees are non-refundable







📦 Return Shipping


• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we cover shipping.


• If the return is customer error, the customer covers return shipping.
